You can buy the welcome sign or guestbook on its own if you do not want the full set.
If you go for the full set please select the correct number of people we sell in groups of 10s and 5s, you will receive the place names and cupcake toppers selection to match the number of guests you have.
All A5 sign have stand included! Only the A2 signs do not, we can add with holes on request if you would prefer to hang signs. (easel is not included, but you can buy on amazon)
It can take as little as 1 week for us to make your Baby shower decorations, If you need your baby shower sign bundle FASTER there is an additional £40 fee to rush your order. Which pushes you in front of the queue and we can get it made in 3 working days. (please add the delivery times on to the processing time to get an accurate day of arrival!)
Pre Ordering Baby shower decoration package
We do get very busy, so for peace of mind you can BOOK your slot by pre ordering our baby shower decor package in advance, whether its 3 - 6 months before. We will take payment. Book your slot. Changes can be made up to 6 weeks prior the event date. You can contact us Monday to Friday 9-5 to ask any questions and check on anything you wish, but we will keep you notified of how it is going.
When preordering baby shower bundles we will finalise any name changes / table changes up to 6 weeks before, and aim to ship at least 4 weeks before your wedding.
Please note the design and fonts are the same as the one in the pictures, If you would like to change designs for the baby shower decorations there is an additional design fee.
A completely bespoke service is available if you are interested in having something completely unique and designed from scratch, please let us know!
We do advise to respond to our messages as soon as you can as late communication can cause delays with the baby shower decorations order.
Please note we use an express service so you will get your parcel in 2-3 days DHL express.

Returns - Unfortunately we cannot accept any returns on our acrylic baby shower sign packages due to them being made to order and containing personalised details. However if you have any problems or concerns regarding your order then please don't hesitate to get in touch.
All mirror acrylic comes with PROTECTIVE FILM on to protect them during posting, peel off when ready to use.
Mirror is engraved from the back, leaving a transparent engraving which is permanent and will never scratch or fade off.
Double check your personalisation message is correct when ordering your wedding signage as our turn around time is fast so may not be able to change this after you have ordered.
Everything is made to order, we can not return personalised, custom-made products. Contact us within 14 days if there are any issues.

Just a heads up, since we make each item especially for you, we can't accept returns on personalised or custom-made products. But don't worry, if there's any issue with your item, just get in touch with us within 14 days and we'll do our best to help you out.
Our Speedy Production and Delivery Times
We're pretty speedy at making items, always within 1-3 business days, and we send all our UK parcels with Royal Mail 24, which should get to you in 1-2 days. For our international friends, it usually takes about 1-2 weeks.
Potential Delays and Our Refund Policy
We always get everything out on time, but sometimes there can be delays with the carrier, especially during these unpredictable times with Covid. As a small business, this is something we can't control, and unfortunately, we can't offer refunds for late arrivals. Since we can't resell personalised items, it's just not something we can afford to do.

Mirror Acrylic Products
Let's talk about our Mirror Acrylic first. It's a one-sided mirror, which means the back of the acrylic is grey. To keep it safe during shipping, we cover it with a clear protective film. Just peel it off when you're ready to use it for the best results. We engrave the mirror from the back, creating a transparent design that's permanent and won't scratch or fade off. Pretty cool, right?
Our Wood Products
Now, let's move on to our Wood products. We do a thorough quality check before and after engraving, but sometimes there might be slight imperfections in the grain, colour, or even knots. But that's the charm of working with real wood, each piece is unique! However, we can't refund for minor imperfections that naturally occur in wood or any browning from the laser engraving.
How Our Laser Engraving Works
Wondering how our laser engraving works? It's pretty simple, actually. The laser burns the surface, which is why we don't use printing or colour. Depending on the material, the engraving can appear dark, like on wood, or white on materials like slate. It can even be see-through on certain types of acrylic. It's all part of the magic of laser engraving!
